1. Background

Midlands complex & Midlands Courts are 2 different companies and so we now will combining both Midlands Complex & Midlands Court vendor for Monthly Servicing of Gen-set into 1 company. This way is much more convenient for, us to manage.

2. Process

We had invited four (4) vendors to come for inspection and provide their quotation for Midlands Complex and Midlands Court. But, only three (3) vendors are able to provide their quotation for Midlands Court and Midlands Complex. Which are Tentron Engineering, Anta-Lite Engineering Sdn Bhd, Affordable Technology Engineering. Whereas, lntec Electrical was being told they were only able to manage to supervise for Midlands Court and NOT ABLE to service for Midlands Park Centre (Shortage of manpower). Item 1: Gen-set Monthly Services For Midlands Complex and Midlands Court. Vendor MYR Remark Tentron Engineering 650.00 Complex (RM400) and condo (RM250) Anta-Lite Engineering Sdn Bhd (Existing Vendor for Mall} 700.00 Complex (RM400) and condo (RM300) Affordable Technology Engineering 2000.00 Complex (RMlO0O) and condo (RMlO00) lntec Electrica I (Existing Vendor for Condo) 250.00 Only Condo (RM250)

3. Analysis and Recommendations

We recommend to appoint Tentron Engineering to carry out the above task based on the following reasons: i) Tentron Engineering is a better comparison in pricing; and ii) Tentron Engineering able to provide a full report of all the faulty equipment.

4. Approvals Sought

Approval is being sought to appoint Tentron Engineering to carry out the respective contract for a monthly sum of MYR650.00. Budget vs Actual (as of to-date): Budget (MYR) approved in 2021 Expenses Spent Proposed (MYR) Balance (MYR) OPEX 7,800.00 0 7,800.00 0
