Step 1
SIGN UP
Complete the online application to register as a vendor. Once approved and verified, you will receive an email with your username and password.

Step 2
FIRST-TIME LOGIN
Use the temporary username and password to log in to the vendor portal for the first time, then update your login credentials.

Step 4
SERVICE ACTIVATION & CONTRACT
You are now a qualified vendor, and your company name will be listed across all Property Management Company portals. Upon activation, you are required to sign a contract.

Step 5
MANAGE YOUR SERVICES
You can now accept service requests, manage purchase orders and work orders, submit service reports, handle invoices, payments, and more.
